We require 1/2 down to book a specific date
and the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. A $50 cleaning fee is applied to all
rentals.

A $300 security deposit is also required 30 days prior to occupancy. This check is
not cashed and will be returned to you when house has been checked over and keys have been
returned.

The normal procedure for keys is to either
mail you a set or arrange for a meeting just prior to occupancy.

All guests of The Bear Lodge
must sign a lease
agreement, protecting both parties from risk.
